24 Pack of 500g Seven Oceans Long-life Emergency Food Ration - This is a 72 hour supply for an adult in survival situations.

Seven Oceans Emergency Food Ration is primarily designed to provide a balanced diet for survival at sea for use onboard liferafts and lifeboats. However, the long-life biscuits can be used in any survival situation requiring a concentrated, long life emergency ration. The biscuit ration requires no preparation and may be eaten directly from the box.

Each vacuum-packed pack of 500g gives 10,300 kJ or 2,500 kcal of energy and contains the highest possible ratio of balanced nutrition compared to volume. The pack is subdivided for easy rationing; Each pack of biscuits (500 g net) contains 18 tablets packed in 9 bars with grease-proof paper. The 9 bars are packed under vacuum in air- and water-tight aluminium-foil. This unit is protected by a water-repellent cardboard box.

The shelf-life of these packs is five years unconditionally from the date of production marked on the packaging
Each carton of 24x500g rations is 38cm x 22.5cm x 20cm in size.

In survival situations, one 500g pack provides enough nutrition to last one person 72 hours.
